Hydraulic Fit-up Pipe Welding Rotator has four independent fit-up rolls that perform jack up lift up process, supported by hydraulic cylinders, which connects to hydraulic pump station. Combined with standard conventional power and idler rollers, it can realize section to section assembly welding.we normally use this type with self-aligning or conventional welding rotator together.
